All clients will complete the Illinois Medicaid Comprehensive Assessment of Needs and Strengths (IM+CANS) and Treatment Plan together with their therapist or an intake specialist to  identify appropriate services for each client.

Current insurance accepted: Medicaid (Meridian Health Plan, IlliniCare Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Harmony Health Plan, CountyCare Health Plan, Molina Health Care)
